Optimising your consumption is no longer optional. The BACS decree and the French tertiary-sector energy scheme (DEET) require tertiary buildings over 1,000 m² to cut their consumption by 40% by 2030, 50% by 2040 and 60% by 2050 — on pain of fines (up to €7,500) and "name and shame". HumeSmartEnergy turns this constraint into an advantage: we target your biggest consumption items, ensure the automatic reporting of data to ADEME's OPERAT platform, and fund part of your project through the CEE energy-savings certificate (form BAT-TH-116).

Any tertiary building whose technical systems (HVAC, heating…) exceed 70 kW must be fitted with a building automation and control system (BMS), with automatic reporting of data to ADEME’s OPERAT platform. This is precisely what HumeSmartEnergy delivers.
